   Per direction from the Town Board, going forward, items to be placed on the agenda for the monthly Town Board meeting will have to be in the hands of the Town Clerk before 5:00 p.m. seven days before meeting.  Only items that require action by the Board will be placed on the agenda. Other issues may be addressed in Public Comments.

 

The Town Board of the Town of Linden, Iowa County, Wisconsin hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting on May 13, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Linden Town Hall, 332 Church St, Linden WI.  The Town Clerk has posted this notice on the Township website and at the Town Hall.  The public may provide comments per established protocol, to the Town Board upon recognition of the

• Roll Call
• Verification of public notice and approval of agenda of the Town Board 
• Approval of April meeting minutes
• Zoning change Jake Brokish
• Zoning change James Kieffer / Larry Springer
• Discussion and possible motion to retain an attorney/intermediary for Pattern matters 
• Preparation of posting in the paper for road bids
• Public Comments
• Chairman’s Report
•  Patrolman’s Report
•  Clerk’s Report
•   Approval of Bills
•   Adjournment to closed session
• Convene in closed session,  pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) considering employment promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction, deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session
