The Town Board of the Town of Linden, Iowa County, Wisconsin hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Linden September 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Linden Town Hall at 332 Church St, Linden WI. The Town Clerk has posted notice on the Township website and at the Town hall. The public may provide comments, per established protocol, to the Town Board upon recognition by the presiding officer.

- Zoning change for William Neal, 3432 Sinbad Rd, from AR-1 into two lots, one zoned AR-1 Ag Res and the other B-2 with a conditional use permit for a tourist cottage. And approval of building site and driveway
- Jon Novak zoning change. Changing into two lots from Ag-1 – 4.87 acres to AR-1 and 38.4 acres to C-1 Conservancy
- Consideration of the Wind Siting ordinance and Jarchow Law LLC engagement letter. Tabled from July
- Dump/Recycling center changes re: electronic and waste oil recycling and 30 yd dumpsters. Tabled from July

Wage rates/raises for seasonal workers, others. Consideration of pension plan.
