 The Town Board of the Town of Linden, Iowa County, Wisconsin hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Linden September 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Linden Town Hall at 332 Church St, Linden WI.  The Town Clerk has posted notice on the Township website and at the Town hall.  The public may provide comments, per established protocol, to the Town Board upon recognition by the presiding officer.

 AGENDA

  1.   Call to Order
  2.   Roll call.
  3.   Verification of public notice and approval of agenda 
  4.   Reading of minutes of prior meeting and approval
  5.   Public comments   Speakers will be limited to five minutes each following stated protocol
  6.   Approval of building site for Tucker Pittz at 3117 State Rd 39
  7.   Pat Ripp approval of building site and driveway 3111 CTH B
  8.   Zoning change for William Neal, 3432 Sinbad Rd, from AR-1   into two lots, one zoned AR-1 Ag Res and the other B-2 with a conditional use permit for a tourist cottage.  And approval of building site and driveway
  9.   Jon Novak zoning change.  Changing into two lots from Ag-1 – 4.87 acres to AR-1 and 38.4 acres to C-1 Conservancy
  10. Consideration of the Wind Siting ordinance and Jarchow Law LLC engagement letter.  Tabled from July
  11. Dump/Recycling center changes re: electronic and waste oil recycling and 30 yd dumpsters.  Tabled from July

  1. Convene in closed session, if needed, pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1) (c) considering employment promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction. (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other   specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.  Wage rates/raises for seasonal workers, others.  Consideration of pension plan.
