TOWN OF LINDEN
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 15, 2024
Meeting was called to order at 7:35pm by Chairman Dean Liddicoat.
Present: Dean Liddicoat, Mark Sieling, Jeff Lindner, Shelly Wendhausen, Sam Palzkill, Josh Husom
Others Present: none
Confirmed compliance with open meeting law. Posted April 11, 2024 at the Town hall and on the Town website.
Minutes from the March 20, 2024 Board meeting were approved on a motion by Jeff, second by Mark.
Ray Palzkill by phone – May 17th was set with Ray and Kevin Jorgenson and the Board for a fence viewing.
Josh -- Scott rep did not show for the appointment. A load of patch was delivered. Discussions on various road conditions.
There is a culvert on Mill Creek Rd that needs to be replaced that is shared with Mineral Point Town. Mineral Point will supply the gravel if Linden will replace the culvert. Farmers Store will rent an excavator for $250.00
Road grants – April 5th deadline was missed to apply. Bart at Delta 3 recommended waiting until the next round of grants. All Town of Linden roads are available for the ag grants.
Building inspector – Board and constituents are not happy with Scott Jelle. Mark will reach out to the list of local inspectors to form a list for the Township to recommend.
Next meeting set for May 15, 2024 at 7:00. Following the Board of Review
