Open Closed session
Jeff opened the annual wage review for Josh Husom with “I am pissed” that the blades on the plows are dirty. Josh explained that the low grade material purchased last winter adhered to the plows and was difficult to remove. Jeff said Josh wasn’t doing a good enough job removing it and a wage increase was not warranted. Mark agreed and said it could be re-evaluated in three months. This was the only comment on Josh’s performance, pro or con and a wage increase
was not voted on. The Clerk stated his frustration with the continuing disrespect of employees by several Board members and the “walking quorums” frequently doing Township business outside of meetings and their disregard for Wisconsin Statutes. He then walked out of the meeting followed by all three Board members, effectively adjourning the meeting.
Respectfully yours,
Sam Palzkill, Clerk
